Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every course and resource. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
Downloadable products (templates, scripts, kits) are non-refundable once downloaded.
Refund requests must be submitted via our Contact page with your order number.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

We handle every request individually and aim to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly.
